Sources
When providing sources for our website, we ensure that they are from trustworthy organizations, primarily those that we like to call “general information” or “general news” websites, along with local news sources. Furthermore, we make sure to not include sources, particularly those that focus on national/international news, that are politically biased one way or the other.
General Content Policy
Information on role models and any other content that is included on the website is intended to be family friendly (PG). There are, however, a few cases where there is content that is not suitable for young children. Visitors to the website or Linkedin page will be advised of such content for select individuals.
The goal of our website is to inform the public about lesser known figures in STEM from Ohio. In doing so, we are strictly telling people what has been written in the historical record. We are just presenting the facts as they are and not trying to be on any particular “side” with regards to politics or current events.
